"Well to start didn’t know it was a fee to use Expedia of $200 hundred dollars, hotel wasn’t within 25 miles of downtown like stated and staff didn’t clean room at all had to ask for towels daily and carpet in room was stained, want use you guy’s again nor stay at we stay again "

"This is the perfect property if you are going on a cruise out of New Orleans. Walkable to the cruiseport. Large suite rooms. Great staff. Awesome location in the warehouse disrict close to casino and restaurant. Clean. Will stay again."

"The casino was okay it was hard to get drinks service when playing casino slot machines and the hotel room that was assigned to us was infested with nets after complaining for two days they finally moved us to another room which was a lot better. We will not stay there again until they update their hotel rooms and cleaning facilities otherwise we had awesome time in New Orleans "

"Great Location and not in the heart of French Quarter, which is good. Only 5 minute walk to French Quarter. A lot of old world charm but still with modern conveniences. Staff friendly, helpful and efficient. Looking forward to going back next year. "

"When I checked in the bed had blood stains which I took pics of and showed them along with toe nail clippings between both beds. I slept fully clothed on top of blankets. Never again will I stay at a Hilton. "

"Valet parking only or you have an option to park on public lots near the hotel. The cost ranges from 22.00 to 30.00 per day. Hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and accomodated 6 people. I will note the shower knob was loose and fell off a few times. Toilet paper holder fell apart a couple of times. Housekeeping was Awesome. Responded quickly and express their willingness to assist us. Canel street is in walking distance in addition to several reastaurants near by."

"Washbasin was kept at one foot height than normal height. No trash bin kept in the room.one of the bedsheets had several holes.shampoo was missing. "
