We were greeted at the front desk by friendly staff who were very helpful in storing our luggage until our check in time and pointing the way to the bus station so we could explore Hadrian’s Wall that morning. Upon our return we were greeted by more friendly staff and directed to our room. When we opened the door our reaction was “Wow! What a great place!” The rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. "Friendly very clean and had good selection of towels and good range of tea and coffee with buscuits much better than some chains which are mean, the car park was off site but took my car reg details and so that i was not charge at the car park beind other building accross the road. see if this is the case"
