"Front desk staff was amazing, room was very clean and modern. However, housekeeping knocked on the door at 9am to see if we were leaving. Check out is 11. I went to grab a luggage cart around 10am and housekeeping was outside our door again and she asked if we "were done". I said "no, checkout is at 11am. Can you please give us 10 more minutes?" We felt very rushed to leave and we didn't appreciate that. We left around 10:15, so it's not like we were overstaying. "

"We got the junior suite which we very enjoyed. Room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff Denise was very nice and professional. Strong enough Wifi and great organization on Easter Day with egg hunting events for kids. We didn’t participate but we enjoyed the view and liveliness of it. One down side, we requested amenities but didn’t receive service after a long wait. I had to ask the housekeeping team in the morning for things I asked for the night before."

"I knew the hotel was close to the highway but wasn’t prepared for how loud the road noise was even in the room with the doors closed. We were told no other rooms were available, (and discovered our room phone was non-functional when trying to call the office). We also had loud neighbors with poor soundproofing between the rooms and a large group hanging out loudly in the courtyard at midnight. So, bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Book a pool view room as those are set further back from the highway. My kid enjoyed the pool, and the Windmill Food Hall was convenient next door. "

"The property definitely felt pet friendly, saw designated outdoor area for the pets. As soon as I checked in, was asked if I had any pets. Very welcoming"

"It was really an okay hotel, nothing fancy. But great value for the price. We booked a suite with 1 king bed and a bunk bed. It had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Very impressed with the space. Room was facing the highway, so was really noisy. But we were tired from the long day at the Legoland park, so did not mind. Also rooms are a bit outdated, but everything worked and was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast had nice variety. Advice- try to wake up early to breakfast. It gets crazy crowded after 8am on weekends. Overall- good value for the price!"
