Cari Ryokan di Carlsbad

"Booked for visit for to Legoland. It was easy short drive to Legoland, and also short drive to downtown Carlsbad/beach. Room smelled a little like smoke, had a little mold in bathrooms, doesn't offer breakfast, pool was too dirty for us to swim, and a bit noisy for halls. Bed was comfortable, price was affordable ."

"Very Clean easy and great breakfast!"

"Don’t be fooled by the name, this best western is so much more like a little boutique hotel, then what you might be used to. The room was lovely huge patio with ocean view. Parts of the room were a little dated, but nothing that was bothersome. My only grip was that the room was very hot when I got in there and it took almost the entire day into the evening for it to cool down with the little AC wall unit. It would be good to call ahead and make sure they have the AC running before your check-in...

"The hotel is clean and staff are very welcoming, offering water bottles upon arrival. Room is spacious and quiet even though the airport is nearby. They also helped us with a crib in our room for our one year old baby. Breakfast is really good with lots of options like cereal, toast, bagels, English muffins, fruit, yogurt, waffle station, and hot food like eggs, red potatoes and sausage. The staff was really helpful and replenished food often so there is always a fully stocked breakfast station....

"Could offer a little more variety on breakfast items"

"Love the Cassara!"

"Staff was friendly and location is great. I paid a little extra to face the ocean and not the highway 5. The area felt safe and parking was easy. Beds were not very comfortable and pillows were terrible, sink in/ zero support. The bedroom and corridor smelled a bit musty and I had a headache on both mornings I stayed at the hotel, so unsure what I was exposed to during my stay. I’m not sure I’d stay at this hotel again."

"Staff was helpful and kind bed was comfortable and pillows too. Clean room but had really bad smell in hallway that we kept smelling in our room. I told staff they said they would check it out and try to help. but then it was back the next day not sure what was going on. other than that it was a good stay"

"Breakfast was delicious"
