"Had an issue with my EXPEDIA reservation that was made at least 8 weeks in advance!! The staff at the hotel were wonderful!! Expedia NEVER alerted the hotel about my reservation, even though I have an e-mail that says so, the staff could not find it anywhere. So they luckily had a room for me , so they accommodated me & charged me the same as my reservation quote. No issue with the staff, my issue is with Expedia..Now I ave to argue about getting a refund from them. The hotel was great, a tad noisy in the AM, but that's to be expected with airline personnel coming & going. I will be staying there again when & if the need be. Clean, great staff, no complaints.."

"Nice place. Room had toaster and microwave. Big bathroom and shower. Valet parking was a nightmare! Parking was included in the cost however would have had to wait over an hour to have car parked. Cars waiting had chestnut street blocked. Ended up parking in a garage a block over, front desk would not refund prepaid valet, We were offered to take snacks from the store as compensation, not nearly enough to make up for the cost. Overall, nice room but a good amount of street noise. Would consider staying again just not paying for parking!"

"Short stay for me. Booked the hotel after 11pm, got there after 12am. Left at 6am. Only issue was I had no body wash and lotion (bottles were empty) so that was disappointing. May have had to do with the fact that it was a super last minute booking on my part. Other than that it was no problems and I didn’t really need anything, just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Room was very nice as was the bathroom. Staff was kind and helpful."
