"Breakfast was excellent, pool & hot tub were both clean. Clean towels were available. Staff was nice but weren't really helped by upper management to correct issues with the hotel. Major issues: Elevators went out the last full day of our stay & we were not informed until we went to check out the next morning. We were not offered a lower level room the evening before & had a really difficult time getting our luggage downstairs. Not ADA compliant. Outside doors to the back of hotel had caution tape on entry door. A bit scary. Christmas tree in lobby to the back of the hotel looks tacky & would suggest an upgrade of decor. Nice stay in beginning of trip but very disappointed the last day of stay."
