"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The room and amenities are great. The property is very spread out, which is a bonus and drawback in different ways. Sacrificing a bit of speed and convenience is likely worth it for the spacious, relaxed feel of the resort. It was a great place, and I give it 4.5 stars because there are places I’ve stayed that more thoroughly earn the 5 star rating. "

"We checked in at 1 am as our flight was delayed and then the staff tells me they don’t have a room for us even though I had confirmed it the day before. And we had booked it months before. They were apparently full. But were being really discourteous. I had to get on the phone with Expedia and get the customer service to talk to them to get us a room . We had our 2 kids and we were exhausted from the long trip. Then the room itself was so bad smelling and old. I couldn’t believe we paid so much...

"Over an hour wait to check in then a wait for the elevator a wait for food, wait for the pool. Restaurants and amenities were nice but it seems like they had too many people and not enough staff "

"The hotel was very good overall, and the room was extremely comfortable. However, the one area that let the experience down was the housekeeping service. Items such as dirty glasses were not replaced or cleaned, which gave the impression that the daily service was limited to simply making the bed. For a five-star hotel, this level of attention to detail is not quite good enough."

"Stayed in 2 different rooms during my 4 day stay. Both rooms had dirty bed sheets, specially the first room. The second room, bathtub didn’t drain properly so it filled up as soon as the water started, so we were showering with dirty water up to our shins during our first day. Finally had someone “fix” it in the morning during our 2nd day, only to find out it wasn’t fixed while we were showering before dinner and had to have another person come take a look at it after dinner. Gave us a voucher...

"I enjoyed the cinnamon rolls for breakfast. The original guy who checked us in, reversed our check in process, but the manager stepped in and handled the situation for us."

"The property is huge and so are the apartments! My family of 6 had plenty of room. We had a small spot or two on bedding but other than that everything was great! My kids loved the water park, of course. I just wish we didn’t have to walk around for 5 minutes before finding at least 1 open chair for our things before we got into the water. I do recommend this property and we’d definitely return. "
