Lovely family owned business. Very clean and quiet. Bed was great; I slept so well! My only complaint is they should salt the parking lot. All sidewalks and the road were not at all icy, but the parking lot was very slick, so it was surprising.

Awesome for pets and kids

Very solid place to stay. Very clean and affordable and accommodates pets with no issue or weight and breed restrictions. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows plus a timed heat lamp in the bathroom for after a shower. Very good place to stay.

Comfortable Home-Base

I come to Caro every few months for family matters and want a comfortable, homey-feeling, safe place to call home for the time I'm here. I'm a solo older lady. This is my first time at Kingsway Inn, but so far it seems to be perfect for my home base in Caro and I will choose Kingsway the next time.

They charged me a fee for a service animal. That is highly illegal. But I was too exhausted to explain they can’t do this per the ADA. It didn’t seem like the front desk clerk was going to listen to me anyways. He kept telling me it’s a pet fee. Service dogs are not pets! They provide a service to a person in need. Room was okay. Bugs in the bathtub. Quiet. Good location

Owners were friendly, our room was super clean and had nice bedding. I appreciated the updated hardwood/laminate floors instead of carpet for cleanliness. My only complaint is the air conditioner was incredibly loud. We turned it off to be able to go to sleep. Then of course got too hot in the night.
