They were cashless which I do not like but I know that is a corporate decision. The onsite staff was excellent. There was no place to get change so I could adequately tip the staff. I will be mindful of that on future trips.

The staff was excellent, I want to point that out first and foremost from the valet to the front desk. However, the bed was hard, the pillows were harder, and the A/C unit made a loud knocking/clicking noise for 20 seconds every time the unit cycled. Also, the phone in the room did not work, so I ...

Heritage Inn & Suites St. Louis/Fenton, Trademark by Wyndham
For the most part everything was up to standard. I cannot blame the staff as we were short of time and thus our communications were not being met. Overall, a pleasant stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Thank you.
