"We stayed there 3 nights. Classy wonderful hotel. Huge tasty fresh breakfast. We shared a Denver omelet, it was plenty for two. Staff are awesome. Bed so comfy. Clean and quiet rooms. Very pleased. "

"breakfast was good wrong sheets for bed came off all the time u got in or out chair leaned u backwards all the time television had a black line going downward no place to put your clothing only one thing to hang coats on',nice bathroom mirror shower had no place for your shampoo or body wash' nice handrails parking for handicap way far from the front door/"

"On first walking in on Easter Sunday there was a group in the lobby gambling and cussing loudly, mf, gd, s, f etc. They were also smoking right near the front door. They were just getting a new alcohol delivery from a service that drove up when we did! Maybe the desk guy did something about them as I didn't see them for the rest of our one week stay. We weren't the only guests wondering why that drunken behavior was being allowed to happen. The bathroom didn't have a toilet paper holder just two holes where one used to be. The kitchen faucet was super loose and wobbly in the hole in the counter. One of the breakfast ladies had a very fowl disposition, the other one super nice. Housekeepers and desk staff were nice. "

"The breakfast was exceptional, everything was fresh, tasty and a really good variety. Our location was easy to get to. Our room was very convenient, clean and comfortable! I was very satisfied with our entire experience!! "

"The property "upgrades" need to be cleaned up. Paint on the door key reader. The side doors SLAM shut...... put a damener in. This woke us up EVERY day when we stayed. Put wired internet in the rooms? Clean the pool."

"Clean safe and beyond when it comes to professionalism ,knowledge about surroundings in general area. Very present and engaged at any encounter! I will definitely return no where else but here. The Manager is phenomenal with her people, skills and ability. To make you feel very welcomed and valued us being there! Her staff are well dressed extremely respectful, kind, with a positive can do energy and attitude! "It was quiet and clean"

"the staff was friendly and helpful. though the room was clean, we had to request a new coffee pot, the dresser had 2 drawers that would'nt open, the mattress on the bed was worn out, one of the air conditioner cords was cut, the dining room drapes appeared to be not be working. Only one elevator was working (the one closest to our room) and we had to walk across the entire system to get to an elevator. The stairs closest to our room were cracked, causing concern. We attempted to use a baggage rack and the wheels were not adequate to make all the turns from the one elevator to our room. The toilet is too close to the ground and hard to get down and up from. Wi-fi was extremely slow. "
