"I booked my stay thru Expedia when I got to the Hotel the lady at the front desk did not greeted me just ask for my driver license and a credit card for a $50.00 dollar deposit then she proceed to give me the Room key and a Map to the property. I checkout the same day because of an emergency. The Next day I check my bank account and found out that this lady had charge my credit card a total amount plus the $50.00 deposit I call and spoke to a gentlemen after explaining that I had been charge...

"There were a lot of construction workers staying here. Initially I was concerned that there would be a lot of noise but there was not. I asked for an interior facing room (to avoid early morning vehicle noise) and slept well. The place is basic but clean and a great value. Would stay again."

"No hold on my credit card for deposit. Touring Cali with grandson and 100 a night hold on my card for 10 nights cut into my fun funds."

"Each room has a parking spot DIRECTLY outside. Some cars have horn/alarms go off when they lock/unlock so you hear them, so these horns can a bit much when someone leaves early in the morning. Also, it states NO PETS, but allows service dogs...but the many pets we observed were NOT service dogs...anyone can get a vest for their dog on amazon!!!! Service dogs are trained to assist the disabled. Either allow pets or don't...service dogs are not pets. OVerall a very lovely place, great...

"After breakfast, we enjoyed a lovely walk along the beach. It was such a beautiful and peaceful way to start the day! The weather was absolutely gorgeous, and we only wished we had more time to relax by the pool before heading home to the Los Angeles area. Fortunately, it’s an easy drive for us, so we’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"We had a great experience at the hotel. Very clean and welcoming. The room was perfect for two adults and our two children. Plenty of space…and the proximity to the Downtown area was quite close. Will definitely return to the hotel the next time we’re in Santa Barbara"

"Stayed here halloween weekend. Easy checkin process the place was super clean it was so cute had all the amenities i didnt even know i needed i would definitely stay here again"

"We loved our stay at Casa Iglesia! We had our wedding at the Santa Barbara courthouse nearby, it was the perfect distance just a short drive down the street and perfect aesthetic for pictures. Overall, a lovely place would highly recommend."

"I loved the property but I suffered from bad allergies due to the feather pillows. Otherwise, my stay was exquisite."
