"Lovel hotel in a convenient central location with cool modern decor and good cleanliness. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pillows in the room weren't to my preference but their pillow menu service was great and a lovely little touch."

"Very nice hotel, clean comfortable and well located, easy connection to centro with E1 bus. Nice mall at walking distance. Breakfast was great and the 24hrs free coffee and drinks is much appreciated. The people who work there were nice helpful and prompt. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommend. "

"It was like staying in a ramada Inn on a highway in the 1990's because the hotel was FAR from Madrid the city. We went 8 train stops, a long bus ride and longish walk to get there from Madrid. We were in the middle of an industrial area--not even in Pinto, the town where the train station was. This hotel should not be advertised as a place to stay in Madrid, Spain. The room was large and comfortable, except we couldn't get the air conditioner to stop and we were cold."

"We had a room that looked out on Gran Via. There is a lot of activity and noise out there, but the dual pane windows kept all of the noise out. Curtains made it dark. Easy to sleep with very comfortable bed. Complimentary beverages in the in-room refridgerator. Overall very happy with the room and service. The rooftop bar is very nice, we went up twice for meals. Would stay again."

"The room was clean and comfortable overall- no issues at all with comfort. But I didn’t realize how the Radisson Red was decorated or the themed. I probably wouldn’t go for this style in the future."
