"I only had a one night stay, but I would definitely stay again. Small but mighty room equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo. It had electronic shades and hooks for your bags and jackets etc. Many options to eat outside the hotel and a grocery store next door. The elevator can be a little slow but taking the stairs was not a problem.
The only issue I had which probably isn’t an issue everyday, and I had to check out pretty early, was that the free breakfast was not available...

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der direkte Zugang zur Dachterrasse über eine zweite Tür: Der Ausblick auf die Skyline war beeindruckend. "I recently stayed at the Arlo SoHo and overall had a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a stylish atmosphere and several great amenities. I especially loved the speakeasy, the on-site restaurants, and the additional outdoor seating areas, which created a great vibe for relaxing or meeting friends.

They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price.
