The email communication was particularly poor - almost rude. Guests are expected to leave by 10:00 a.m., with no luggage or cars allowed to remain on the property afterward. "They don’t tell you about the parking being mandatory - it’s not optional, you must go vallet. The rooms AC was LOUD the entire time. The food quality was not the best, the amenities were not fantastic for the mo eh you spend - and yes that includes the sauna, gym, and hot tub. The staff was very rude when I started asking about what the 30 parking and amenity fees cost and why I am required to pay for these bare necessities. I’ve never been to any other resort or hotel where this was required....

"The hotel bedrooms are spacious and of good quality but there was a horrible smoke smell, which actually made our family feel a bit sick by the end of our stay. The hotel is dated and needs a refurb asap. All staff wet encountered on the reception desk were a little miserable. Despite the good price, overall I would recommend avoiding Ballys."
