AC Hotel Cartagena
The room was lovely, the beds were really comfortable and the staff were pleasant. The only downside was you could hear everything from outside. We was in room 103 and the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep. If it wasn't for the noise it would have been a perfect stay

The apartment was very cold when I first went in but the heating was excellent, so managed to get rid of the cold/damp conditions. Hot water at all times.
