"Excelente location ! Just a few steps to the beach . Unlike other sections of Cartagena this area is not inundated with vendors so it was an enjoyable experience . The views from the room were amazing. Staff was friendless and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options . We will be back ..."
