"The AC was out my entire stay. My booking couldn't be found for over an hour and majority of the staff had a “could care less” kind of attitude. The manager however was polite and helpful. "There were no trash cans in room or bathroom, had to go ask for one. Trash can delivered 2 hrs later at night. Stayed 4 nights, room was only cleaned once on the very last day of stay. Carpets and room smelled like mold and rust. Then I realized the entire hotel smelled the same."
