"The room and hallway smelled bad enough to cause headaches and I had to keep my window open for ventilation. The shower was slow to drain and I was standing in a constant couple inches of water while showering. The corner piece(plastic guard) was laying along the edge of the wall on the floor and the corner unpainted, gapped drywall was exposed. Otherwise it was clean."

"The place is clean and modern. Only small critiques. Water pressure is lacking and our shades in our room were broken. Held up by document clips if you want to raise the light blocking shade. Other than those two things. Breakfast was nice and seating was spread throughout the lobby to eat. Room was very clean and smelled clean. I have a dog nose for bad odors. Worth the money and perfect for a one night stay. "

"Wonderful place to stay, great location for branching out in the Iowa city area. The staff were amazing, always greeting you with a smile and ready to help at a moment’s notice. The bar is well stocked and the young lady tending bar was so sweet I will not hesitate to stay there again the next time we are in town."
