"Check-in process was okay. Cleanliness and noise were an issue. Walked into the bathroom of my room and immediately notice a puddle of urine on the floor. Took a shower and was standing in ankle deep water. The ENTIRE room smelled like mold/mildew. The people on the other side of my room were loud as I don’t know what. "Staff were super friendly and helpful. Pool was green when we arrived which was upsetting because I called the hotel before booking to ensure the pool was open etc. They were cleaning it though and by the next day it was blue and was open for use. AC didn’t blow as cold as I would have liked but they did offer to switch our room or give us two fans and I just took the two fans. Overall it was a good experience, breakfast had a lot on the menu and the girl at the desk went above and beyond."
