"When we originally checked in the front desk put a hold on our credit card for a certain amount which is fine, 24 hours later they put another hold 4x 5”that amount. We did not sighn for the second amount or otherwise it. They said that they fixed it but they didn’t. We checked out and then they tried to run our cc again for another amount even though they already had two amounts pending on hold. Didn’t refill water bottles. Didn’t get tooth brush’s and such until the last day. "

"The staff were all very pleasant and courteous. The lower review is because the airport shuttle operates on only very limited hours. Also, when we arrived, they gave us a room that was already occupied. They found us a new room, but the experience did make us question the security of the rooms."

"The place is nice and I enjoy the 2nd floor large patio/balcony. However, the service is superb. Laurie and Miriam make you feel like family. There is definitely a personal touch you cannot get in a hotel."
