"I enjoyed a terrific 1 week stay at the Presidente Intercontinental Polanco. The room was comfortable, clean and the service was wonderful. A special mention to Lidia from housekeeping. I met her early during my stay I mentioned I was there for business and would be in and out. She was flexible with room service and was attentive with restocking of coffee and other service items. I had meetings mostly in the hotel at the business center, restaurants and open areas including the large bar area. Service overall was terrific and the meals at Lilou and Urban Cafe were good. I do have to mention that the bar area had many employees some distracted talking to each other and food service was slow. Overall a pleasant stay and terrific service from the bellhops, reception, housekeeping and the business center. Thank you!"
