"We did the 2 queen bed room with 3 adults and it was spacious and comfortable. Air conditioning was great, hot water, good TV. Beds were fairly comfortable and room was quiet from street noises. Common spaces are fabulous with free coffee, tea, cold water, sunscreen, aloe, lotion and comfortable seating areas. "

"Beautiful house! Furniture was comfortable. Clean and plenty of linens. Rooftop view of the city was great! We were only there due to an unexpected situation and didn't get to fully utilize/enjoy the space, but we are very thankful for the stay. Would note that staying in Old San Juan is noisy: you can hear cars, music, talking, etc during the night from inside. That's part of it but maybe not great for everyone. "

Check in was seamless I was a bit worried because I didn’t land on the island until after midnight and they do not have a 24hr front desk staff but I had no issues using the codes provided via email to check in. One thing to note is they do not have an elevator so beware… I’d say to ensure that you request a room on the first floor when booking if you have heavy luggage. "This is a very nice small hotel. The staff is very good and attentive to our needs. They offered us coffee & water upon our arrival. The rooms are very clean & large. This property is within walking distance to restaurants & shopping. The beach is only 2 blocks away! You also get a discount at some restaurants for staying here."
