"Great staff"

"I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff is wonderful. There is a free transfer from the train station by bus and we were able to get into our room an hour early. The sheets on the bed were pristine and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. We were able to walk to the palace and university up the hill and down to the river."

"The property is in a great location for walking to the University. It was in a cool old house. We enjoyed the fun, "University" vibe of the decor. The staff was great. Emma was a particular delight--very helpful and full of useful information & recommendations. The breakfast buffet was great with many options. It was served on the top floor with nice views and an outdoor patio for nice weather days. The one thing that we would change would be the numerous, plug-in air freshener/frangrances...

"Booked the Junior suite as a treat for us and loved the experience. Ended up having dinner in the courtyard after visiting the university of Columbia all afternoon. The hotel is a Very short 7 minute walk from the campus surprisingly easy after a long day going up hills. Hotel staff was vey helpful. We wanted to put a load of laundry and found we could go out the back door down the staircase and be at a self service laundry in 3 minutes (it does require walking down and up hill). Altogether...

"Comfy bed. Neat, tidy and clean. Fresh fruit available. Bright and spacious. A little tricky to find the first time, but this is more to do with the way google maps depicts the area (and how tired I was when trying to read the map 😉) than the directions received. Very responsive host. Would stay again!"
