"Everything was perfect. stayed for three night before a cruise. Everything in wynwood was within walking distance. And I uber to brickell and south beach. Yes the hallways have a weird smell. However the room itself was perfect and did not smell. I found the price to be really cheap for the good value. The staff was really nice. Also as a single female from overseas I felt safe. I normally stay at the elser or intercontinental, but this place was perfect. Give it a try!"

"When we arrived at 11:00 we were told it was a standard room. It wouldn’t be long till they could put us in a room. We waited five hours till 4 o’clock, which was the check-in. Which your website showed us at noon was to check in. When I said something about it, they said we’re having an event. The staff was very unwelcoming and not not helpful at all."
