"The Hotel is in the heart of Milan, walkable to everywhere. All, but particularly front desk personal were just great with always accommodating us with a smiling face. The hotel rate is expensive (more than 400 Euros for bed+breakfast) but we were served prosecco (+nuts etc) for happy hour every single day. "The breakfast bar is first rate- you can request that they make you a cappuccino etc. Real linens on the table. Also, free bottles of water and bit size cupcakes to snack on at the end of the day. It has a tiny elevator but it worked and that is always a plus for Italy. Also it is a 5minute cab ride from The Milano Cadorna train station which is a stop for the Malapensa Express a train that you can use to travel between the hotel and Malapensa airport.
