"The staff were very responsive when the air conditioning unit in our room was not functioning properly. They were very attentive to our needs and moved our belongings to another room that was much more comfortable. This attention to detail was greatly appreciative and we would definitely stay here again. Lastly, the metro is very close which makes transferring to other areas very easy."
"Perfect location, clean rooms.
TV did not work. all programs in Italian. No Streaming options.
Bathroom glass enclosures almost see through. Not Ideal for visitors that are not couples.
Area beside it has homeless people sleeping at night so be careful."

"The hotel is nice, but a few things could be improved on. We booked this hotel because of the rooftop and yet the first night we got there it was closed for a private event which is super annoying since we were only there two nights. We noticed some ants in our room on check in and I told the front desk person that there were some ants around the chips and water glasses they had out by the minibar and he said “were there a lot of them or can we just let it go.” Mind you it was only a few but thought they should know. Finally the housekeepers turned off the AC while we were out of our room getting lunch. It was 97 degrees out and this is unacceptable. If I am paying top dollar for a hotel, I want the AC running and I want to come back to a cool room. This is especially important for those with asthma and health issues. It really annoyed me since it took awhile for the room to cool down."
"Great hotel so conveniently located near the Stazione Centrale. Can easily walk to the station with bags no problem. Also right on the tram line. GREAT shopping inside the Stazione. Walkable to amazing restaurants.
Hotel itself was very nice. Despite having to lug your bags up 3 steps in lobby they have an elevator to get to the other levels. Rooms are simple but nice. AC worked great. Shower was modern. And fridge houses FREE non alcoholic drinks which was a welcomed treat! Front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great, many items to choose from. Staff very attentive. Would stay there again!"
"Great location, just a short walk from Piazza del Duomo
The hotel is in a fantastic location, less than a five-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo, which made it very convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, and exploring the area.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue was the bathroom ventilation. There did not seem to be an exhaust fan, so after taking a bath, the room became very humid. When we opened the window to let the humidity out, many flies came into the room, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed most of the time.
One suggestion for future guests: avoid opening the windows if you do not want flies coming into the room. Aside from that, the location was excellent and very convenient."
A Baroque façade and even more elaborate interior means that this small church more than holds its own against the architectural splendors of central Milan.
