Hotel murah di Casalnuovo di Napoli

"Let me just say that the woman that checked us in, Anita, was amazing! She was a shining example of positivity and professionalism in the face of mismanagement. The air conditioners did not work, but that's not her fault. We actually had to leave the hotel and find another hotel but Anita was the angel that made everything okay. As we left without any bad words without any bad feelings I told her to keep working and doing a good job just like she was because she was the person who made that...

"Luigi was very nice at check in. We had a little mix up at the beginning with a room but it all worked out. Nice location, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Would stay there again."

"Unfortunately we stayed whilst there was a huge wedding taking place. Which meant loud music, and no food facilities available. Management did not give us prior warning, Whilst staff were pleasant it was not appropriate. The rooms are odd, but clean. It is suitable for a stay prior to an early flight from Naples only. Otherwise it was unpleasant. We didn’t even have a window in our room."

"Chambre propre et personnel avenant"

"Great place to stay"

"The place was beautiful, and it served breakfast every morning. Don’t rent the electric car the lady at the desk told us we would be able to go to Amalfi and back and she was wrong. Finally someone from the hotel came to pick but in the car they called us stupid Americans which I thought was pretty inappropriate."

"This was a really nice clean updated hotel. We stayed just one night to catch an early flight to the Naples airport. They arranged a taxi and it was only about 10 mins to the airport. The whole experience was very good."

"location is very good near to the station. staffs are gentle."

"Die Lage direkt am Meer fantastisch Das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse auch sehr gut Zur Metro muss man 25 Minuten laufen Bus Haltestelle direkt um die Ecke Hotel ist wirklich zu empfehlen"

"Our room was not very clean and the offer for coffee in room , they supplied us with 6oz paper cups 😵‍💫"

"Personale estremamente gentile"

"The property is beautiful and in a great location, and the staff was wonderful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience fall short of what we expected from a luxury hotel. It would have been helpful if Expedia or the hotel had disclosed that the street in front of the property was being dug up. Although our taxi dropped us off near the hotel, we had to walk back and around the construction with our suitcases on a cobblestone street, which was not easy. We also...
