"Excellent staff that always greeted us every time we came or left the property. They were always helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with great verities. My only complaint would be the bed mattresses needs replacing. I had trouble getting comfortable because the mattress would sink down and I felt like I was sinking or falling off the side. That being said, I would recommend the hotel for an excellent stay."

"We loved the staff at first but as we went on we feel they were giving us the runaround. First night the air conditioner made some noise but not too bad. The second day, when it went on it sounded like a huge jet airplane winding up. When it went off it sounded like the jet turning off. It was loud. My husband has a sound bite of it. We asked for it to be looked at, that it needed to be fixed. We told them we trusted their people to go in and fix it. I also told them we had privacy please but...
