"I checked in around 9:00 AM and approached the front desk. The staff member asked for my identification, returned it, and instructed me to wait to the side. After waiting for about 25 minutes with no update, I approached her again to ask what I was waiting for. Only then was I informed that check-in time is at 12:00 noon.

"When we got there the air conditioner wasn't working. We did a fan but it did not help. We thought we had bought the breakfast when booking our stay but they said we didn't. We had to buy our own breakfast which was good. The bar staff was great. We told the hotel customer service about our experience and they said they would issue a discount but have not received credit on our account yet."

The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise."
