"I’m not sure how this hotel would be considered 5 star. There are absolutely no amenities... pool, gym, valet etc. I’d say solid 3 star. The restaurant server was very rude to us. Our room smelled like well water and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever seen in any hotel. "The staff Cornelia, Julia and Maria were all so amazing and helpful. The house is located in a quiet luxurious neighbourhood requiring a walk up a hill. The premises are very cozy and welcoming promoting relaxation with many lounge areas and a pool. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious and a highlight. "Large, spacious rooms. We had ten rooms of varying sizes, and the smallest was big. Kitchen was equipped with pots , pans, and utensils. Staff was friendly, helpful, super efficient. There is security at the gate. Landscaping is done every day! Having the two restaurants and the Mercado on site was so convenient. We are so pleased to have chosen the vilas for our family and friends who were attending our family memner's destination wedding."

"The building's exterior is pretty run down. The apartment itself was alright, though I'm not sure why there was an extra small bed. The view was definitely the best part. The staff was quite helpful, and the cleaning person was super efficient, even though I did notice some bite marks on my arms afterward, maybe from the bed, and people were smoking on their balconies. Other than that, it was mostly well-stocked. They should probably fix up the pool and pool area or just turn it into something...
