"My stay was amazing and I will definitely be staying at Ginkgo House if I ever find myself in Cambridge again! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, my room was very clean, and the potential noise that was mentioned was very minimal and did not cause any issues!"

"We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. "We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning. Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out.
