"Das Hotel war bezaubernd, das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock hofseitig, weshalb es in der Nacht angenehm ruhig war. Die Matratze war fester und damit sehr bequem, die Kopfpölster perfekt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war liebevoll zubereitet und täglich frisch und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"I recently traveled to Florence with a friend, and stayed six nights a the lovely Villa Neroli. The staff was welcoming, and helpful as we set out to navigate Florence. We began each day with a wonderful breakfast. There were so many options to choose from. Most days we took the #17 bus (about a ten minute walk from the hotel) into Florence city center for a 1.70 Euro. It was inexpensive and convenient (about 25 minutes) into the city center. "The staff were nice and some were just doing their job. Shout out to Camila at reception and David the doorman who were very helpful and pleasant all throughout our stay. The room is decent but for the price we paid, I had expected more. The breakfast is decent but lacking as well. I think they are short handed for the amount of guest they have. Every time we go there for breakfast, they alway run out of some food and don’t refill them right away. Again, for the price we paid, we expected more....
