"Very friendly "

"The bed was one of the best sleeps, but the most surprising thing was the laminar flow from the bathroom sink, quiet, no splashing in the sink. The rainfall shower head huge, but the width of the shower is more for the thinner guest."

"Very poor experience. The room smelled strongly of smoke despite being booked as non-smoking, and it was not clean, including the bathroom. I raised the issue immediately, but staff did not offer another room and refused a refund. I had to check out right away. Would not recommend."

"Staff were friendly and open to assisting with amenities. Rooms were clean, and towels or soap were available any time of day or night. The gym was open the entire trip, with a variety of equipment, and kept clean by both guests and staff. Overall, a very pleasant experience."

"Room was comfortable and had been recently renovated it seemed. The area of the hotel is a little rough. Unfortunately the pool was closed the first few nights of my stay though i understand that happens, just bad luck :). Staff were always super friendly."

"We had an AMAZING stay at Hotel Arts. For the price, the amenities were excellent, with 2 restaurant/bars, a plush pool area, and small gym conveniently located on site. This may be kind of nerdy, but the fact that the TV was Chromecast enabled was also a plus, allowing no shortage of in-room entertainment. Also, TONS of great places to eat and drink just across the street. We were in town for a convention and the Calgary Expo is about a 10 minute walk that is enjoyable with your morning coffee and opens up access to more great spots including the casino. ;)"

"Bait and switch on room selection. Paid for mountain view and ended up with 5th floor building window. Fell for the 'upgrade' trick. 3rd floor bar has no ambiance and food and wine were poor quality. This hotel is not up to Marriott standards. Breakfast was decent with the dining space being great."

"Breakfast was good and fresh, lots of variety. Could not connect to WiFi in the room. Only worked in the hallway. Front staff were not very helpful and never offered to switch rooms to see if it helped."
