"This is a wonderful hotel. So friendly and helpful. Super breakfast buffet. Classic Alpine/Tirolean aesthetic. Extensive spa facilities. Good wine list. It is listed on some websites as ski-in/ski-out, which is not accurate. However it was no problem. There is a free bus to the lifts, takes just 2 minutes, very easy and reliable service. "The Hotel itself was very nice. The Bed was ok. Everything was clean. There was a language barrier between me and the clerk who could not understand everything we asked her. We called the desk several times and got no answer from the office. The restaurant closed very early on Saturday night and the Matre'd was not very accommodating. The Spa was nice and Nick did an outstanding job as our masseuse! Overall it was good but not great!"
