"We stayed early in the season (Dec), so the hotel was not operating with every possible amenity. Still, for a family holiday, it just barely sufficed, given the price. Pros: spacious room, nice balcony, good location to Rosshutte ski bus. Well heated. Cons: limited access to kettle, microwave, fridge. Games area for kids wete only at a charge of €2 for any item. TV service limited. Some parts of the hotel were well-used. A bit of a walk to town centre, although still relatively central....

Service au top , boisson d’accueil , pommes à volonté . À environ une demi heure d’Innsbruck, c’est le point de départ pour de merveilleuses randonnées au milieu des montagnes "

"A wonderful hotel located in the heart of the old city, close to everything. We had a very spacious clean room with lots of character on the top floor. A sofa made it extra cozy. The bed was super comfortable. We would hear church bell and see the mountains from the window which was priceless. The staff is very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcomed from the beginning to the end. One of the most memorable hotels we have ever stayed anywhere. Can't wait to go back!!! "
