"The shuttle and hotel both felt very outdated and poorly maintained. The hallway and room carpets had a strange smell, the lighting was dim and uninviting, and overall it seemed like the property hadn’t been properly cleaned or updated in at least 15 years."

"Booked this hotel which, when we arrived, was new, clean & in a good location. The reason why I am giving a 1-star is because, even though I booked my reservation in advance, there was no room available upon our arrival. The hotel did make accommodations for us at another hotel; however, it was 11 minutes away in an older hotel with a terrible bed. No offer to provide a partial refund, or any other accommodations."

"I have sensitive skin and your towels were VERY scratchy. No fabric softener. I was afraid to take the elevators as they sounded as if it would fail. The stopper in the bathtub did not work right so I had to keep adding water. The restaurant was not in the same hotel, I had to go to another hotel for dinner even though your site says restaurant in amenities. Your best looked good but no regular teas only herbal and special black teas. Your staff was very helpful, that is what saved it from a 1 star review."

"I chose Hilton Hotels & Resorts expecting a certain standard, especially after arriving from a 16-hour flight, but unfortunately, this stay was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition from the moment I entered. The bathroom floors were visibly dirty, and the hotel overall felt very dated. The window seals were worn out, allowing cold air to enter the room which was especially uncomfortable given that it was 3°C outside. To make matters worse, the heater was not functioning properly. At around 2:00 AM, the heater began making a loud, disruptive noise, making it impossible to sleep. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that assistance wasn’t available at that hour, which I can understand to some extent however, there was no attempt to offer a room change or any alternative solution. Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, particularly for a brand like Hilton. I was left extremely uncomfortable and disappointed."
