"The towels were not very good quality especially with the room rates. The maintenance of the room equipment wasn’t what I would have expected for a higher end Hotel that is relatively new. "

"On Thursday, April 16, 2026, I had the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. In fact, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with any type of business. I am a 73-year-old grandfather of fifteen. I used to sit on the bench. I am now retired. 3 days before that Thursday, I was recognized by the TN House of Representatives. I’m hardly the sort of person who looks for trouble. The shuttle didn't come. Repeated calls to the hotel were sent to a queue that promised I "was next in line". After 4 minutes, the line hung up. I then called another number and pressed an option that actually allowed me to talk with someone. I told the woman who answered it the situation. I was disconnected after 15 minutes. I then ordered an Uber. Upon arrival, the hotel lights were out. I made my way to the front desk. I asked why no shuttle. “JR” snapped at me, informing me it was too dangerous because of darkness. I told him that the Uber had no trouble getting there and other hotel shuttles were running. JR repeatedly said he didn't control mother nature (which was obvious) and that I was disrespecting him. His ego seemed important to him. He interrupted EVERY TIME I tried to speak. He then kicked me out because I was "too dangerous". He never said how. I asked, “Why?” His response: "Because I can." While I was waiting for the Uber, another guest came behind me and said, “I saw and heard everything. I don’t know what his problem was, but you certainly were not out of line.""

"Breakfast was adequate Waffles, Toast, Scrambled eggs, Grits Sausage Yogurt"

"The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. A lot of variety and selection. The outdoor pool was closed when we were there but we enjoyed the whirlpool. My only complain is the noise from the freeway. We were in the building closest to the freeway and it was loud."

"Really enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. The location was great it was about 15 minutes from downtown and near the airport. They also offer free breakfast and airport shuttle service. I will be returning. Most of all they offered what most fancy hotels doesn't, refrigerator, microwave and iron."

"Water pressure is worse than a 3rd world country. Walls a paper thin, absolutely zero privacy. Area is shady. Staff is wonderful! "
