"We loved the lighting in the room and the layout as well. Everything seemed fresh."

"The room was not clean at all. There was lots of hairs on the bed and there was red, dried blood in the bathroom. I noticed a long, brown, what looked to be partially cleaned blood dripping down the wall near the toilet paper holder. I followed it down the wall and then noticed an UNCLEANED blood streak down the wall further down near the floor. There was also droplets of the blood on the floor, and there seemed to be blood staining on the shower curtain and one of the towels. Very disappointed...

"It was fine for a couple of nights nothing overwhelmingly great but nothing terrible either. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants and the interstate. "

"No staff around when we showed up. Waited 10 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. I even called the property to try and contact someone and we just heard the phone ring. Door to our room was bent…had to put my weight into it to get it to lock. Right by highway so lots of road noise."

"The pool was closed, but it is not stated on the website. They have their indoor pool as seasonal. When we went to look at it, it was like a scummy pond at the end of summer. The hotel smelled everywhere. You could tell people were smoking in their rooms and the hotel tried to cover up that smell and dirtiness smells with a horrendous air freshener that seeped into everything. We actually had someone comment to us when we went out to dinner about the smells on us. It was beyond embarrassing. The...

"Front desk lady ( Mexican,Latino, Spanish) was very rude!!! Property is dirty and unkempt. Room was run down, floors and carpet needs to be replaced. Toilet paper was cheap, had to use a whole roll in one day and when you asked for more toilet paper, staff act like they didn’t want to give you any. Pool conditions were terrible as well, hot tub looked like it was used as a toilet. During checkout, same front desk lady was rude and displayed terrible customer service. "

"Outdoor room entry in noisy area. TV remote didn’t work. Only staff person on site brought different remote that worked until we wanted to go to bed and couldn’t turn the TV off, had to unplug. Remodel consisted of pouring new paint over 1/4 inch already there. "

"The room was very clean, everything worked as it should, and the staff was more than helpful. Woke up to a flat tire one morning and maintenance changed it for me Thank you for providing clean and safe accommodations"
