"Place is new, modern and clean. Staff needs better management. I called to request a steamer and was told I had to get it from the front desk. Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive. Staff were on their personal phones, some had a very unprofessional, unkept appearance. The cafe was okay. One barista was great but the next night a different person made our drinks and it was not the same. Pastries were not that good. But they had a nice, large seating area and board games. The gym was also nice. It had enough equipment for a good workout. We did have an uncomfortable experience with a housekeeper who seemed to be lurking and watching through the glass door. This is about a 30min drive to downtown Galena. Would be nice if they had chargers for electric vehicles."
