"The property itself is very dated and could use some renovations. It looks like an old hospital or dorm room from the 1970’s with variegated floor colors. Paint on walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Showers are leaking onto floor and some lights not working. The cost of the room charge is too high for the condition of the property. The cleanliness of rooms was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly. "

"The building doesn’t look like it has had any money spent on it since the 1980’s.Very shabby hotel, shame on the owners, it could be fab. Had holes in sheets and towels. No duvet it’s a 1950’s style blanket between sheets. Not hygienic these days. Dirt and dust everywhere. Cushions with stains on. One pillow each. Dining chairs in the breakfast room all broken. "Very nice boutique hotel minutes from the train station, Mercato Centrale, and Duomo. Lots of restaurant and shopping options. You couldn't beat the location. We took a taxi from the station to the hotel, but really it is so walkable so don't do that. The beds were a bit hard and the room decor minimal, but the room itself was clean. Note that there are no elevators. We stayed twice. The first time we knew that we would have to carry our luggage up stairs to reception, then our room was...

"My only complaint was there were no power sockets at both bedside cabinets which is very unusual as needed for charging phones, cameras etc, had to unplug tv on sideboard opposite bed to use socket and also buy a travel adapter as there was no usb port, there was one thankfully in bathroom for styling tong, bedroom was very dated."
