"All of the staff were gracious and helpful. The breakfast/brunch was available from 8 - 1 pm which was amazing - all you can eat and even had wine available for brunch! The rooms were kept clean and fresh towels came everyday if you wanted them. We 'rented beach towels and a parasol from the hotel and once returned you got your deposit back. There was always fresh lemonade and coffee available in the front lobby which was great and there was great shopping and wonderful restaurants all around...

"This hotel hasn't got a reception desk. Check in is done at the sister hotel, Medium Romantic, which is nearby. The staff at the reception was very wellcoming and helpful.
