"No toiletries were provided. Luckily, we packed our own toiletries. However, there's no shelf or basket in the shower and we had to put everything that's needed in the shower on the shower floor. The room is very basic, including only two beds and a desk. We were disappointed and wouldn't recommend it."

"The room is very clean, huge closet, small fridge and electric kettle are helpful. AC is great since it is so hot in Rome in August. The location is easy to access to the public transportation to everywhere. The staff is so nice, friendly. Will stay again definitely."

"The staff were amazing and the place was well-cleaned. However, I just can't wrap my head around the 10 Euro late check-in fee. There is a front desk attendant throughout the night and there is no difference between checking in before or after 11pm. Also, the kitchen was stacked pretty poorly. Your belongings are safe, the staff was helpful and they have like a lot of activities to meet the people around there, it is a good location close to train station and a lot of restaurants as a women and solo traveller I feel so safe!
