"Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff is amazing- always ready to help with a friendly demeanor. The staff I’d encountered (consisting of many front desk reps and rooftop bartender), were all personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with every question/issue I had. My room- was in a twin deluxe- was cute and IMMACULATE, the AC was pumping (I was able to adjust the temperature), and bed was comfy. Decor was cute and artsy. "Spent two days here. Very pleased. Staff very friendly, hostel facilities incl. kitchen quite satisfactory. Free luggage room for early arrival until check in. 2 euro/12h locker room for use on day of leave. I would very well stay here another time. Neighbourhood is a bit but not far away from the most central Rome, it is actually quite nice to get back to Castro Pretorio after having been in the heavily crowded areas of the city. I usually walk back here (been in this neighborhood many times)...
