"Family of 4. Room was very small. Shuttle service to the main city was a pain to get to and never used it. We had to take taxis every time. Pool was closed one day because of something with the chlorine. We came all the way back from the city center to go into the pool only to be told it was closed. This was beyond frustrating because once you’re back at the property it’s difficult/costly to just hop back into a taxi and head to city center. "Bob is a Lyft ride away about 15 mins from most of Rome and about 20-25 euro a ride. For the train it’s like a 15-18 min walk and I decided not to do that. The staff were really nice, speak English well and very helpful anytime I needed anything. The room balcony was nice overlooking the street area with the European style black out shutters.
