The owner of the place Guillermo/William is very accommodating from the start of booking for any questions you have or concerns he will walk you thru it. "The room was very clean, staff was responsive. They communicated check in instructions clearly, but not until the day of the reservation. I do wish there was more communication before the reservation to indicate how check in would work. It was a great location though, and for the price we got more than we expected.
