Even though it was so central, it felt safe and was surprisingly quiet at night. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was small, but it was the perfect size for two people. The air conditioning worked great, which was a huge plus during Rome's heat wave. "Wonderful staff! Very helpful with holding bags & helping us figure out how to use air conditioning in room. Gorgeous terrace included when staying in the suite (4 beds). Close to train station & lovely Monti district of Rome. Only con worth mentioning is this listing said hotel. This is a boutique hotel. Perfect for couples or solo travel with short stays. Gracie!"

"I had a very bad experience from start to finish in this property.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. The property is located on the 3rd floor and the lift was Not working.. No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

"Dekat dengan Termini station. Bisa berjalan kaki ke Spanish steps, Trevi fountain. Tapi hotel terletak di dalam gedung apartemen yg tua. Lift berjalan oke, tp tua sekali. Kamar bersih, dapat free breakfast kopi & croissant tiap pagi."
