Terrific location bordering so much in Rome and Trastevere with its amazing array of restaurants and bars. Excellent cafe right next door for morning espresso too! Great welcome and nice light, airy room.

This was a great place to stay while visiting Rome. Everyone was so helpful. The room was exactly what we needed. I felt very safe staying here. They even let us in a little early so my son could take a nap before we ventured out of the evening. After a long flight that was amazing! It was very close to everything we wanted to do. It was also very nice having a common kitchen area for the morning. When I return to Rome I will book again for sure!

Perfect location.

Lovely clean room, perfectly situated for dining and nightlife. Trastavere is definitely the best for this. Easy access by tram or walking to city centre. Paolo and Constanza were friendly and helpful, in fact this is true of everyone we interacted with in Rome. Would (and probably will) return in a heartbeat.

Very beautiful place, amazing breakfast and friendly staff.Trastevere is not in the city centre but close enough to reach most sights by foot while being right next to a bunch of nightlife spots.

Great place to stay in Trestevere

Check in was great. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was ready so we were able to check in and leave our luggage in the room. The neighborhood had several nearby restaurants with excellent food. Room was clean and comfy.

Paola was very welcoming with very good communication. The beautiful 1920’s building offered architectural details not found in typical hotels. The room was clean and bathroom was updated. The location is great and easily walkable to the many restaurants and sights of Trastevere.

My favorite place to stay in Rome. A 3rd stay did not disappoint. The executive suite was great for two people. Some steps in this room to know about. Paola was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Location in Trastevere is perfect. Grazie !

This place is perfectly located in Trastevere — easy to get to and from; but steps away from the labyrinth of tiny alleys full of restaurants and bars. Nice big room with small attached bathroom. This is a lively neighborhood, so don’t expect quiet … there are people walking by loudly until late at night. Just outside the door are a couple of restaurants that are clearly quite popular with locals — customers come in all ages, from couples with young kids up to grandparents. Paula clearly runs the place as a tight ship.

Excellent, no complaints

A very friendly and helpful proprietor, who assisted us weeks prior to our arrival by replying to the queries we had raised. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was brought to your room at an arranged time and was very good. Access to the room which is on the second floor, is by a lift or stairs if you prefer. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We would be happy to stay there again.

Paola A Trastevere, great location

The location is very nice. The place is in walking distance to several sights. You can easily walk to Largo dei Argentino, the Pantheon, Piazza di Venezia and Via del Corso (shopping), Colluseum and Forum Romanum. Several public transports ar situated close by. An easy busride away from the Vatican. I stayed four nights with my 18-year old daughter. It was no problem to get separated beds. The room was big enought for us. Comfy beds, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and a sink. The room had a TV with SKY network, one could change language to original on most non italian channels. Our hostes was friendly and helpful. Her knowledge of english is sufficient, so we had no problems communicating. I have no problem recommending this accommodation, and could very well use it myself for a future stay.

We had a lovely stay at Paola A Trastevere! Paola and her daughter Costanza are great hosts. Our room was very clean and a great size! Bed was very comfy as well. We had early mornings 2/3 nights we stayed there, so only got to experience the breakfast one morning, but wow! Blew us away with how tasty and plentiful the breakfast was! Costanza also whipped it up in less than 10 minutes since we had timed Colosseum tickets that morning. Trastevere is a fantastic neighbourhood to stay in and so many excellent restaurants nearby, all within 10 mins away from the property. Also easy to walk to all the main sites within Rome (20-40 mins). One small issue we had was the key to our room was quite finicky and often took a lot of work to get our door locked/unlocked. Not a huge deal, but kind of annoying. You could hear some street noise and neighbours, so I would recommend bringing earplugs which took away any outside noise. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here and would certainly return the next time we visit Rome!

Simply amazing. For a Rome trip, great location just outside the busyness of the big city, but close to about 100 restaurants. We are on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator to use. Great host.

This was our second time staying here! We only stayed one night this time, but this place will always continue to get a recommendation from us. Paola and Costanza are absolute gems, always willing to help, and you couldn't ask for a better location: close to taxi terminals, walkable from any part of Trastevere, safe and quiet location, and there's even a city water fountain nearby for when you want to fill up your bottles. If we're staying in Trastevere, we will always choose Paola!
