"We booked a 6 guest apartment in the San Polo area that was supposed to be part of the Palazzo San Lucas. Extremely overpriced, ($600 per night). Poor maintenance, zero amenities, the TV remote was missing and no one came from the hotel to provide one once reported, It was a cold night and the heater did not work. It was not clean enough, although the bathrooms were clean, there were spider webs hanging from the ceiling at the living room and kitchen area. The painting on the wall was peeling...
