"This is an exceptional place to stay near Malpensa Airport. Eva is very efficient & helpful regarding check in and shuttle to from MXP (included in room price). This was the most comfortable bed & room of our one month in Italy, & we had a lot of comfortable rooms! Breakfast space is light & tasteful, excellent choice of food."

The location is not as close to the airport as advertised — guests must wait for a shuttle, which also comes at an additional charge. I felt misled by the information provided. Additionally, the staff did not seem friendly or willing to assist, which was disappointing. For a hotel of this category, this was not the experience I expected."

"予約していた部屋と違う部屋だった。 部屋は想定よりも綺麗でしたが、直前に予約したせいかもしれませんが費用対は全く合っていませんでした。 ホテルまでの行き方を当ツールで聞いたが、一向に返信がなく結局白タクシーで30€かけて向かいました。 寝るだけのつもりで利用したが、想像以上の費用と仕打ちでした。"

"The airport shuttle picked me up on time and was well marked. The 20 minute ride was through an attractive countryside with a fabulous mountain range backdrop. The exterior of the hotel property needs some work but the interior looked recently renovated. Check in was quick and efficient. On my way to my room and entering my room backed up my thinking the property was recently renovated. The room was large with french doors that opened to let in fresh air. "Beautiful property, newly renovated rooms with modern bathroom/shower, very peaceful while also being close to the airport. Owner was so friendly, breakfast was nice, good selections. Overall highly recommend!!"

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was excellent feature of this hotel. We were not able to enjoy the breakfast buffet because we only stayed for one night and left 4 am the next day, but they sent a “breakfast box to go” for us. A small but very nice, convenient hotel."

"Hotel was super convenient to and from the airport with their shuttle. You have to reserve a seat on the shuttle, so we let them know what time we were landing. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which was nice."
