"This is an excellent property. Very historic, rustic and with great views across the Tuscan landscapes. Lorenzo and his mother were super duper hosts who took great care of us. The property dates back to 1380 and the rooms are decorated with choicest artifacts that adds greatly to the experience. The location is fantastic too with the local market and restaurants in easy walking reach. The breakfast service is fabulous with many choices and Lorenzo himself is great chef as well! Highly recommend...

"The location is awesome. Very close by of Florence downtown near the Tram. However, our bathroom had mold and the shower had jets that were blacked inside. Our AC in the bedroom was leaking into the bed and didn’t keep us cool. We also went at the restaurant on site and reserved a nice table. When we arrived for dinner they switched our table and we didn’t get the view we wanted. The pool is great for kids. It could be a great place full of potential but it is very run down."

Right in the heart of Florence. 90% of all that Florence has to offer The shops, Piazza, the churches were all within literally if not, five minute walk and no more then 15 minutes. To the central train station if you walk 20 minutes. However, we cab it 10 minutes.$15euros well worth it. We stayed on the sixth floor, which they referred to as the penthouse. "The room was amazing! Like an apartment with the most amazing view! The front desk didn’t have anyone show us around the room and our keys wouldn’t work! The bellman tried and was most helpful but he couldn’t get it to work either. Breakfast was delicious however confusing on how to order. No signs or information provided. I’d stay again for the room, view and location and hope they work to address the little things that can make them 5 stars as the property and bellman is worth 5 stars"
