"Nice enough hotel in a good location. Breakfast was standard for type of hotel. However, despite booking the Piccolo hotel, we were actually in the San Michele which was a bigger hotel than we were looking for. There was no entrance to the Piccolo or reception or breakfast room, just the rooms, it seems. Should be clearer on booking sites as we walked past the San Michele a few times before someone came out to let us know."
