You need a code to get in the door and a different code to get in your room. A couple got in a verbal disagreement outside our room. They were swearing, yelling, with possible physical harm. Instead of asking me for my confirmation number the front desk clerk condescendingly asked me if I was in the right hotel! Other than that everything was great."
